ROOF REPLACEMENT:  The 2020 Roof Replacement Project is complete. We recognize and thank the members of the Roof Committee who worked countless hours over many years to plan, oversee, and bring the project to a great success. Members include Dan Kelly, Don Horadan, Lou Gaudette, Michael Miceli, Greg Anthony, Peter Antoinette. Committee Chair, Ted Ciesielski, has generously given considerable time and effort since 2014, bringing the project to a successful completion. Thank you Ted and members of the Roof Committee for your dedication to LHCA!

RECOMMENDED:  The Board and Property Management urge all members of our community to continue to observe recommended health practices to mitigate the effects of the novel coronovirus, through good hygiene using elevator controls and access doors, social distancing, and wearing a mask when appropriate. Please consult our monthly newsletter for updates.
